It was Senior Day this year when Ceil and I reflect on our girls who will be missed. The second part of that, there will be new players coming in as freshman. We remember them all beginning with Rebecca,Jen,Kara, Megan and and as you know, the list is endless. We are so proud of Rebecca, who has been with ESPN for a long time. Kara Wolters was with Bob Joyce for four years on our sister station WTIC-AM 1080 and now on SNY and does a fine job on T.V. and Jen Rozotti, the coach of the Hartford Hawks. Jamelle Elliott, Shea Ralph and Asst. Coach Chris Daley, were questioned by Geno Auriemma, after the Pitt game and asked what it was like to play, assitant coach and have life feelings. SNY does a fine job of giving “Us Fans” all we need to keep up with our “Daughters”. The state of Connecticut has adopted the UCONN Women’s Basketball team as our “Young Daughters”. They all graduate and can become fine Young Women that we can all be proud of and give our children and grand children something to aspire to. GO HUSKIES!!…BEAT NOTRE DAME TONIGHT!!!
